Full Day Tour & Afternoon Half Day — What to Know

We have had children as young as 1 year old successfully join the full day tour, but at that age they require constant parental supervision. For children aged 2–5, we believe they will need extra attention from parents during:

  • River walk alongside the elephants — water is approximately 30–45 cm deep and the riverbed is quite rocky
  • Swimming with the elephants in the river
  • Waterfall experience — the path down is not dangerous, but requires extra care for young children
  • Approximately 30-metre bridge over the waterfall — requires 100% parental attention for children aged 6 and under
  • Waterfall edge area — requires close supervision for children aged 6 and under
Note: The waterfall can be enjoyed without crossing the bridge. Our team will be on hand to assist and guide you throughout.

Morning Half Day Tour — Best for Families

The morning half day tour is suitable for all ages with no restrictions. During the tour we walk into the jungle with the elephants. There is one section with a steep climb of approximately 15–20 metres (45° incline) where parents may need to assist children under 6.
