If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the tour date, you will receive a 100% refund with no fees. The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
If you cancel within 24–48 hours before the tour date, you will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid. The remaining 50% covers preparation costs already incurred by our team.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund. This is because we have already prepared our staff, food, and resources for the tour in advance.
You may reschedule your tour once free of charge, provided you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Changes are subject to seat availability. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email to confirm the change.
If a tour is cancelled by us due to severe weather, flooding, or other force majeure events, you will receive a 100% refund or may reschedule at your convenience. The safety of our guests and elephants is always our top priority.
