About the Tour

No. We absolutely do not allow elephant riding. Our sanctuary focuses on their welfare and adheres to ethical conservation guidelines.

Ideally, yes. We recommend booking 1-2 days in advance, but same-day bookings are subject to availability.

The tour is suitable for anyone who is interested in elephants. We have hosted families, couples, and small groups of friends.

The travel time to the sanctuary is approximately 1 hour.

We currently have 4 elephants in our care.

Our group's size ranges between 10–18 guests per day. We aim for no more than 3–4 people per elephant.

We need a minimum of 2 people to be booked to operate each tour.

Transportation

Transportation is included only for half-day and full-day tour packages.

Morning tours depart from the hotel at 8:15–8:45 AM. Afternoon tours depart at 12:00–12:30 PM.

Free parking is available for guests who have their own vehicles.

Children & Families

Of course! Children of all ages are welcome with a parent or guardian, except children under 1 year old due to safety on the jungle and river walk.

Children aged 5–12 receive a special discount. Please check the tour page for pricing.

Our tour is very suitable for families with young children, except for children under 1 year old.

Preparation

We recommend comfortable, dark-coloured clothing, sturdy footwear, and a spare set of clothes as you may get wet.

Full-day tours include a local Thai lunch. Half-day tours include fruit and drinks.

Sunscreen, insect repellent, a camera (waterproof bags are available for water activities), and an adventurous spirit!

Guests are welcome to bring a one-day pack or a standard carry-on sized backpack.

We provide Karen clothes for your trip which dry quickly. Some guests wear a swimsuit underneath their clothes in preparation to swim in the river or waterfall.

Our tour will still go ahead even with a light drizzle. Elephants love the rain and ponchos will be provided.

A Thai-style lunch is provided with drinks on full-day tours. Please let us know if you have special dietary requirements or restrictions.

Booking & Payment

Yes. You will be asked to make a deposit for holding your reservation. The balance may be paid in Thai Baht at the sanctuary.

Yes, we will send you an email within 24 hours of your tour date with a link to download photos and videos free of charge.

There is no fee to reschedule. Our cancellation policy requires a cancellation notice of no less than 24 hours before your tour date.

Yes. You may modify your booking dates at any time free of charge.

Safety

Our team is safety-trained with over 10 years of professional experience. Safety guidelines are given before every tour.

We have a first aid team on standby at all times, and the nearest hospital is only 20 minutes away.
